Trump on South Beach Real Estate
This advice isn’t limited to South Beach, but all over the nation. He predicts that home prices will be inflated pretty soon, as the real estate climate gets back into full swing. The boom to bust South Beach real estate market in 2007 and 2008, left scores of foreclosed homes or vacant properties in limbo. These are now available for a steal.
Mr. Trump also gave his two cents about where to start buying. He recommends banks as first on the list, since these financial institutions are eager to unload their countless foreclosed inventories.
Other South Beach Florida real estate agents advise buying properties directly from development companies, or their financial affiliates.
The Wall Street Journal called the move gutsy when developers predicted a renewed interest in South Beach real estate during the market crash.
