New Mixed-Use Building for Design District

Enrique Norton released a blueprint of a mixed use building that will be situated in the Design District of Miami. The property is currently zoned for retail, restaurant, and office spaces at 112-130 NE 41 Street.

The Museum Village – as it will be labeled according to Cymbal Development,  will comprise of 100,000 SF in space. In addition, Museum Village will be just a few blocks away from the new row of luxury shopping from mastermind Craig Robbins. Cymbal Development is also managing 81 NE 40th Street, Design District, Miami, FL, which is a mixed use retail and condo project.

Design Within Reach Opens

The new Design Within Reach luxury furniture store has officially opened at 4141 NE 2nd Avenue, Miami FL, with 11,000 SF of shopping space.
