Aventura Mansion Sold for $3.5 Million
January 2013 marked the start of lucrative New Year for Miami real estate sales. Multimillion dollar transactions were prominent throughout Miami, including Aventura’s Bellini condo, which sold at $760 per SF. This transaction marks the highest price paid on an Aventura condo since 2008. The Bellini at Williams Island is still under construction, however the 2,600 SF condo on the 23rd floor scooped a hefty price tag of $2 Million. The luxury tower is slated for completion in May 2013, and sales prices have risen by 20%, according to the COO.
An Aventura mansion at Island Estates was also sold for $3.5 Million. The sale is significant because it’s the first resold property on the Island since 2010. It was originally listed for $5.8 million, but was relisted at the discounted price of $4.2 million.
The home was built Mediterranean style, and grants its new owners an easy access to the ocean and Bayfront. Other features include a chic pool area as well as impact-resistant windows. Interior features include an elevator, upgraded appliances, wood floors, a cooking island, fireplace, as well as an advanced alarm system. According to the South Florida Business Journal, the home was sold to a trusted buyer.
